At our practice, we accept most major insurance plans for individual therapy sessions (53 minutes), ensuring mental health support for our clients.

 

Please note that EMDR Therapy Intensives (specialized sessions lasting several hours or days) are offered on a cash-only basis; however, we can arrange flexible payment plans to accommodate your needs. Your well-being is our priority, and we strive to make therapy accessible for everyone.
