At our practice, we accept most major insurances for individual therapy sessions, ensuring mental health support for our clients. Please note that EMDR Therapy is offered on a cash-only basis; however, we are happy to arrange flexible payment plans to accommodate your needs. Your well-being is our priority, and we strive to make therapy accessible for everyone.
